Mission
The Movement Center shall act to create good people through excellent education in the performing arts.
What The Movement Center has to offfer:
Accessibility
The Movement Center offers excellent education in the performing arts for people of all ages and abilities, including those with physical, developmental, and socioeconomic challenges. Scholarships are also available.
Outreach
TMC students perform in a wide variety of venues not only for their own training, but also to promote public awareness of The Movement Center.
Arts Education
The Movement Center offers a diverse education in the performing arts (including dance, voice, acting, and music) and fitness classes like Pilates and yoga.
In order to maintain its high standard of quality instruction, TMC employs professional performing arts instructors, fitness and movement experts, and other highly-trained individuals.
Management & Support
Staff. TMC constantly works to ensure excellent instruction for its students by retaining skilled instructors and offering outstanding customer service. TMC offers a supportive workplace environment and benefits for qualified employees.
Volunteers. As a nonprofit community organization, TMC relies on a strong volunteer base composed of TMC parents and other members of the community for fundraising, special events, and other efforts.
What The Movement Center is working toward today:

Supporting TMC’s growth by pursuing donations, grants, and fundraising

Expanding physical facilities to accommodate a wider range of classes and meet increasing demand

Continuing to improve and expand programs, including a community-based music program and outreach to seniors and other groups
